ExpoFP at Showcase 2024: Floor Plans That Are Easy To Create and Use

Showcase 2024 is an annual event within the Business Events Industry Week (BEIW) organized by PCMA and Destinations International. Held from April 8th to 11th in Washington, Showcase 2024 connects over 80 destination organizations, event technologies and service providers with business event organizers.  This year, we had the opportunity to engage with this community as a service provider, and created an interactive floor plan with digital wayfinding. Our floor plan, integrated with Popshap's kiosks and the event app powered by Swapcard, helped  participants find the quickest way to booths and spend their time at the trade show effectively. The kiosk served as the starting point for wayfinding: visitors clicked on the booth on the screen, and the map showed the quickest route from the kiosk to the desired location. 

Featuring Showcase branding, our floor plan not only maintained visual consistency but also provided business event organizers with the capability to make automatic updates in real-time. Participants could easily find information about the exhibitors, including descriptions and links to their websites and social media.
