Floor Plans For MCI: How Can We Help Associations and Marketing Agencies?

MCI is a global marketing and engagement agency that organizes live and virtual events, designs strategic and digital communications. They have 30 offices in 31 countries. We have been working on two projects with them, with MCI Netherlands and MCI Belgium.

MCI The Netherlands helped organize the 26th World Energy Congress in Rotterdam. It is an annual event dedicated to energy issues with 350+ speakers, 90+ exhibitors from 120 countries and territories. The event took place on the 22 to 25th of April at Rotterdam Ahoy. We created an interactive floor plan with wayfinding that was embedded in key4events mobile app. That is the feedback we received from MCI: "An event as large as the World Energy Congress is like being at a huge amusement park. But when there are nearly 4,000 people buzzing around and a program packed with sessions and networking opportunities, getting lost is simply not an option. Which is why we helped make sure that the Congress app could be the go-to companion for all attendees. Thanks to key4events and ExpoFP, the app included personalized schedules, attendee profiles for networking, and updates. Most of all, the interactive map gave a detailed view in the way it offered clear, concise directions with distance and estimated walking times. It's little things like this that help attendees make the most of their experience."

The other project that we made for MCI was a floor plan for ITS World Congress in Dubai - the leading event in smart mobility & digitalization of transport. 

MCI Brussels, a contractor for the event organizers, contacted us with a request for customized floor plans. Initially, they needed a way to differentiate premium stands from regular ones by using circles. We proposed an alternative: using different font colors for them. This solution worked perfectly, and MCI was very pleased with the result. Additionally, our comprehensive tutorials addressed all their questions, earning their gratitude for our excellent support. We consistently adapt and provide effective solutions, ensuring we meet requirements of the customers.
