Inside the IMEX Frankfurt 2026 Interactive Floor Plan
IMEX Frankfurt is one of the largest events in the global meetings, events, and incentive travel industry. Held annually at Messe Frankfurt, the event brings together thousands of attendees, exhibitors, buyers, destinations, venues, hotels, and event technology providers from around the world. According to the organizers, the show hosts more than 3,000 suppliers and thousands of meeting professionals each year.
Continuing a partnership established over previous editions of the event, ExpoFP provided the event's interactive floor plan, which was used to help attendees navigate the exhibition space and locate exhibitors, services, and venue amenities.
The project was based on the previous year's floor plan and involved updating booth locations, booth numbering, and other event-specific information while maintaining the overall layout familiar to returning attendees.

Several adjustments were made throughout the production process to reflect changes introduced by the organizers and ensure the floor plan matched the latest event layout before launch.
Visitor Information Beyond Booth Locations
In addition to exhibitor information, the floor plan included several POIs(Points of Interest) intended to help visitors navigate the venue and surrounding area.
These POIs(Points of Interest) included:
- Hotels
- Parking
- Transportation information
- Food and dining locations
- Restrooms
- Sessions
- Visitor services
This information was available directly within the interactive map interface, allowing attendees to access venue-related information from a single location.
Final Result
The final floor plan combined exhibitor information, venue services, and visitor resources in a single interactive map.
By the time the event opened, the map reflected the latest floor plan updates and provided attendees with a centralized reference point for navigating the exhibition and accessing event-related information throughout IMEX Frankfurt 2026.
