Support That Matters: The Key Role of ExpoFP’s Team in Future Proof's Preparation
Future Proof is an annual wealth management industry event, attracting 4,500 participants and hosting over 30,000 one-on-one breakthrough meetings. It was held from September, 15-18 at Huntington Beach, California. ExpoFP created a custom floor plan with digital wayfinding that perfectly matched Future Proof’s vibrant and colorful branding. The goal was to enhance attendee experience, making navigation easier while capturing the festival’s energetic atmosphere.
The interactive floor plan received 5,337 views, with 3,251 unique users and 3,982 sessions, highlighting its importance for the attendees. They used the map to navigate easily and stay on track during the busy event.
After the event, we had a meeting with Katherine Scher, Events and Partnerships Manager, to discuss how the event went and explore features that could be used for future events, such as the area map and sponsorship opportunities. Pre- and post-show meetings allow our Support Team to better understand the current and future needs of clients and create a map tailored to those needs.
