TechCrunch 2024 Floor Plan: Design Precision and Time-Saving Tool

TechCrunch Disrupt is a 3-day conference held on October 28-30 in San Francisco, focused on breaking technology news and developments with big-name thought leaders. With nearly 500 exhibitors and 10,000 attendees, it is important for attendees to find the booths and stages fast. Everyone wants to make connections, not losing time on finding what they need.

So, for TechCrunch Disrupt, we designed an interactive floor plan with digital wayfinding, featuring a sleek dark theme and tables as points of interest (POIs). TechCrunch Disrupt is not a typical event, so we wanted to make it custom. We also integrated with Bizzabo to display exhibitor profiles automatically. This integration allows us to download all exhibitor profile data and show it on our floor plan.The floor plan tracked impressive engagement, reaching 4,846 sessions and 6,310 views highlighting the importance of digital navigation.
