"It is Better Than Good; It Is Perfect," Organizers of Hajj Umrah Exhibition About ExpoFP's Interactive Map

Hajj Umrah Conference and Exhibition is an annual event that brings together prominent thinkers, innovators, researchers and entrepreneurs, all dedicated to enhancing pilgrimage services. This year it took place from the 8th to the 11th of January in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This event is a crucial platform for fostering regional and international conversations with diverse Arab and Islamic communities.

We received a request from ExpoPlatform, the event platform provider for the exhibition, on December 29th, just before the New Year. Despite the tight timeline before the holidays, we accepted the challenge. We delivered the floor plan with an unusual shape, by the 6th of January. A floor plan had a digital wayfinding feature that helped visitors to find the booths they need quickly.

The reaction we received was overwhelming!

"I am at the Hajj Umrah event currently, and all we hear is great feedback about the floor plan! That's a video one of the users shared with me, and they said they loved it! Even the event organizer gave me a short heart attack. When I asked if they liked the floor plan, they were like: “Floor plan is not good.” Then they continued, “It is better than good; it is perfect.”
