APAS Show: Two Years of Success, Getting The Most Out Of Event Tech

The APAS Show,
the largest food and beverage (F&B) event in the Americas and the world's largest supermarket trade show, was held from May 13-16, 2024, at ExpoCenter Norte in São Paulo. This year’s event was a big success, attracting 860 exhibitors and over 70,000 visitors.

One of the show's highlights became its interactive floor plan, which was very popular among attendees. The floor plan for the 2024 event received 175,456 views from 93,193 unique users, resulting in 121,300 sessions. Additionally, users plotted a total of 28,846 routes, showing how useful the floor plan was for navigating the event.

Last year, the APAS Show also made great use of the floor plan by offering various sponsorship options, which were beneficial for both organizers and exhibitors. The event raised significant revenue through these sponsorships: 566 booth logos at $200 each, and 20 header logos at $100 each. In total, the APAS Show gained more than $100,000 with sponsorship options.

These sponsorships not only brought in revenue but also increased the visibility of the exhibitors. According to our demo plan statistics, exhibitors with featured listings usually see 471% more exposure compared to those without. Exhibitors with logos in the header receive 523% more views compared to standard booths, and those with logos in their booths had 454% more exposure compared to booths without logos.

The customer had a very positive experience with ExpoFP, expressing high satisfaction and a strong likelihood of using the service again. They were pleased with the visitor features: searching and routing guidance, exhibitors' profile details and overall design and UI.
Exhibitors found the portal easy to use, and the backend setup was praised for its simplicity and effectiveness. The design tools received compliments for the ease of use as well.
"Overall, the service met all expectations, with timely delivery and excellent customer support, fostering a great relationship," says Gabriela Moralez, Marketing Analyst, APAS Show.
