Making Wayfinding Easier With You Are Here QR Codes

Navigation is key at any trade show, and we understand how important it is for your attendees to get around with ease. That’s why we’re always working on improving wayfinding. Our new You Are Here QR codes help attendees to see their current location at the map and find the shortest route to the destination. This feature is especially valuable for organizers who cannot invest in expensive blue dot systems.
This feature is included with any subscription at no extra cost.

How Does It Work?

Organizers generate QR codes on their backend (see how to do it here) and download You Are Here App that allows them to set locations for each QR code at the venue. Attendees scan these codes with their phones to see their current location on a floor plan. They can then search for any booth they wish to visit and are shown the shortest route to it.

This feature allows visitors to focus on meaningful connections they want to make without loosing precious trade show time on wayfinding.
