At ExpoFP, we don’t only create floor plans for trade shows but also for art shows, garage sales, open-air festivals and other events. If your event has various places of interest, booths or stages, you don’t want your attendees to lose time seeking what they need. Also, interactive floor plans allow your exhibitors to see what sites are available and even pay for them directly from the floor plan. Additionally, you can increase revenue by selling sponsorship options like logos in the booth and header and featured listings. Everything functions the same as with trade shows.
In this article, we gathered some non-trade show events we created floor plans for.
1. Greater Springfield Garage Sale and Marketplace
It is a sale and marketplace featuring unique items showcased in over 600 booths and two pavilions, offering products at low prices.
Vendors can click on available space and check the price, size and additional information:
If the spot is interesting to them, they can click on the ‘Buy’ button to start the purchase right on the map:
2. Greater Indianapolis Garage Sale and Marketplace 2023
This event in Indiana is the largest garage sale in the United States. We have been working with them since 2021.
3. Italian Bike Festival 2022
IBF is the international “Salone” of bicycles with 5+ years of history. It is one of the leading events for the bike industry. Over the course of three days, more than 500 brands are interacting with end users, partners and international media. The event includes exhibition part, race tracks and half-pipes.
4. Toronto Pride Parade
Probably one of the most detailed maps we have ever created is the one for the Toronto Pride Parade in Downtown Toronto.
5. Yellow Green Farmers Market
This is another project we were happy to work on.
The Farmers Market is a dynamic outdoor venue that connects local producers and artisans with the community. In addition to food and artisanal crafts, the culture of the market includes live music and other events such as yoga, art and dance classes that are an integral part of the Yellow Green community.
6. Fountain Festival of Arts & Craft
The Fountain Festival of Arts & Crafts is one of the leading events in the southwest for arts and crafts enthusiasts. It offers hundreds of booths with a wide range of original fine works, including sculptures, paintings, clothing, jewelry, crafts, and local food items. Attendees can use the online floor plan to navigate around. They can easily find the streets around the event and parking lots with the Area Map:
Or quickly locate an exhibitor, for example, using their categories:
Besides search and navigation, interactive floor plans help attendees learn more about the vendors. The exhibitors can show a gallery of images and videos, descriptions, social media links to represent the company and connect with the audience.
7. JetLAG Music Festival
JetLAG attracts over 2,500 music enthusiasts over three days, creating an immersive artistic and culturally vibrant experience for audiences of all ages. To enhance the festival experience, organizers partnered with ExpoFP to provide an interactive floor plan with wayfinding.
With 3 areas, five stages, and 100+ performances, workshops, and special events at the festival, it can be challenging for visitors to navigate the mile-long site. ExpoFP has developed an interactive floor plan with GPS positioning, ensuring guests can easily locate themselves and plan routes to desired destinations. The blue dot displaying visitors’ locations will move with them in real-time at the festival, even if they don’t have an internet connection. One of the crucial features is the integrated event schedule that allows attendees to access information about activities happening at different festival locations. ExpoFP plans to implement it for future events as well.
8. Canyons Village Investment Associaton
Yes, even a large resort can benefit from our floor plans.
9. FrogCon 2022
This is one of the cutest floor plans ever for FrogCon, the event that has been with us for 3 years.
Frog Con is the first online convention dedicated to frogs. It is a place where frog lovers can learn about frogs and engage with the frog community. FrogCon supports froggy artists, educators, game developers and other frog lovers by giving them a platform to promote themselves and their creations.
10. Seattle Electrify Expo 2022
This is open-air event that was created to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles by providing demo ride experiences.
The list of non-trade show events we created floor plans is much bigger. If you organize such an event and want to have a visually attractive floor plan with event schedule, automatic booth reservation and opportunity to gain additional revenue — contact our Support Team via mail support@expofp.com!
